East China Immigrants Society of Edmonton

East China Immigrants Society of Edmonton (ECISE) is a non-profit, non-political and non-religion organization in Edmonton. The members mainly came from  Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang province. That's why it is also known as Edmonton-Jiangsu-Zhejiang and Shanghai Chinese Associates. It was established in 2005.

 Objectives of ECISE:

• Provide members the opportunity to get to know each other, promote the spirit of mutual assistance, communication and solidarity.

• Help immigrants adapt to Canadian culture, customs and living environment as soon as possible, actively involve in the mainstream of social integration and make common progress.
  

• Attract all interested parties to play their talents, expand our membership in all the range of community, expand services especially for seniors and improve service quality.
